The Architecture of Silence: I am developing a PhD exploring memory, migration, and silence. The project examines how migrant characters from countries with contested histories navigate the pressure to explain themselves, and asks whether refusing to do so can be an act of agency rather than avoidance or complicity.

The Cemetery Project

I never set out to become a cemetery researcher. I simply found myself standing in front of a gravestone, wondering who that person had been.

The Cemetery Project is where that curiosity has taken me, blending history, research and fiction to explore the lives hidden behind the names we so often walk past.
